| Rabbit 3000 SBC with LCD and Touchscreen option |
The XG1000 module includes all the features of existing Z-World RCM modules and adds an
impressive list of integrated I/O functions. It is compatible with an RCM3600 and adds
buffered outputs, RS232C drivers, SMPS, ADC, DAC, SD-Card, IR receiver, 1-Wire, PC/AT interface
and the X-Graph special: an LCD and touchscreen interface.
The XG1000 is a compact design with a lot of integrated popular interfaces. All signals are
available on standard 0.1" dual-row expansion headers. There is no need for special 2mm headers.
Because of the integrated interfaces, backup-battery, power supply and 0.1" headers,
your project motherboard will probably only need interface connectors and a socket to
plug-in the XG1000 module.
No need anymore to design on each motherboard the standard interfaces and power supply you require
on all your projects. Just make the motherboard fit the enclosure of your project.
The XG1000 is available without an LCD interface. It can be used in many projects were
an LCD interface is not required. And, it offers an upgrade path to the other XG1000 family members
because the expansion headers on all XG1000 family modules are all identical. You could offer for
your project a low-cost version without LCD and a higher priced version with LCD.
Three QVGA LCD's are available, a 3.6" B/W (and Blue/White) versions, a 5.7" Blue/White and
a 5.7" CSTN Color LCD. All of these are available with a touchscreen.
The XG1000 is also available with two different ADC/DAC options. The standard
version has an 8-channel 10-bit ADC. But this can be upgraded to a 12- or 16-bit ADC. And
a single DAC channel (8-bit or 12-bit) can also be added.
